3.TEXT FUNCTION


The Excel  function calculates the probability associated with the Student's, which is commonly used for identifying whether two data sets are likely to have come from the same two underlying populations with the same mean.
The  function is new to Excel 2010. However, this is simply a renamed version of the function, that is available in earlier versions of Excel.

Syntax of Concatenate formula:
concatenate(this, [to this..])

Examples of Excel Concatenate formula:
concatenate("one ","big ","text") = one big text
concatenate(A1,A2,A3) = adds the text values in A1,A2 and A3



Using Left and Find Function you can easily extract first Name from full name, In the generic form of the formula below with a space separating the first name from other parts of the name.
